Shipping
Delivery is only available within the United States at this time. Orders will be shipped within 3 business days via USPS Priority Mail. If you need your order faster than that, don't hesitate to let us know via email or by phone and we will try to make arrangements to get it to you faster.

International Orders
Yes, it is possible to place an order if you live outside of the U.S.

If you live in Europe please visit fooeyeurope.com.

If you live outside Europe please email your order details (sizes, quantities, shipping address and contact info) and we will email you back with the order total including shipping. Payment can be made with a credit card or via PayPal.

Order Fulfillment
We do our best to keep all items in stock, but from time to time items become unavailable or discontinued, therefore we can't always guarantee availability of products. If you have ordered an item that is not available or is backordered, we will notify you of the situation via email.

Return/Exchange Policy
We will be glad to make an exchange or refund your credit card account for any items you are not completely happy with. The item MUST be returned to Fooey within 14 days of the shipping date in UNWORN and PERFECT condition including attached hang tag. Ship prepaid and insured with the package securely wrapped. Returns which are received after 14 days are subject to a 50% restocking fee. Shipping and handling on returned merchandise is non-refundable.

Upon receipt of the returned items we promptly refund your credit card and send you confirmation via email or telephone. If a exchange is requested we will ship the new item within 3 business days assuming it is currently in stock.

Secure Transactions
To ensure a secure transaction, all credit card information is encrypted during transmission. We do not have access to customer credit card numbers and they are not stored. Your credit card information is never reused except to issue refunds or make other required adjustments.

Your Privacy
Fooey will NEVER sell, loan, rent, trade or give away your name, email, address or any other personal information to any third party without your permission.

Fooey uses your email and occasionally your telephone number to communicate with you about your current orders. We may or may not use email addresses of Fooey members to let them know about special promotions, discounts, and other news pertaining to Fooey.

Fooey takes the safety of children seriously. Consistent with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act of 1998, we will never knowingly request personally identifiable information from anyone under the age of 13 without prior verifiable parental consent. If we become aware that a Fooey member is under the age of 13 and has signed up without prior verifiable parental consent, we will remove his or her personally identifiable information from our files and terminate the membership.
